"We had a great time - the house was great. We loved how the balcony doors opened up - an extension of the home. The few neighbors we met were very friendly. The Shanes are from Louisville, so we had a lot in common. The pool area was wonderful. We've been coming to this area for years, and watched St. Tropez being built. We loved the kitchen! I think the refrigerator was set at a lower setting than we are used to. We may have been opening the door too often for cold drinks, but it didn't seem to get as cold as we like. The air conditioning was great on the first and third floor but was not as cool as we like second floor. We left a charcoal grill on the patio for anyone in the future.
What could we do/add to make your next visit more enjoyable?

The best vacation we have ever had. 1st time to Destin Florida and it will not be our last. ! week was not enough and the beach house just added to the fun. I will never stay in a hotel again. Plenty of room, easy beach access, close to pool, place was clean, and well decorated. There were so many things to do there we actually needed 2 weeks. The vacation home was fantastic. There was a shower head missing but it was replaced immediately. House itself was big and comfortable The beaches in Destin are unreal. I have never seen sand that white. Can't wait till next year. We will stay here again. My kids loved the pool and the area was gated and secure for them to play. Tim Goyette, Indianapolis, Indiana.
We had rented this property last year right after the house was originally purchased. It still looks great, and the furniture is still in excellent condition. Overall it was a pleasant visit, and we would still recommend it to friends and family. M Page, Atlanta Georgia.
